ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Organizations in both the for-profit and non-profit world are constantly asking themselves three questions:   what do we need to move the organization forward?  How do we compete in an ever-changing marketplace?  How can we prepare this organization and the people in it to be successful?  The answers to these  and other compelling questions lie in the realm of organizational development.  Organizations that last, that fulfill their potential, that are considered "employers-of-choice" take the development of that organizational seriously.  Organizational and people development and strategies are core to what they believe in and actualize.  Wooden & Associates, Inc. can help your organization address those important issues through consultation, workshops, instrumentation and other methodologies.  Our list of services extends to:

Change Management:  intact team and group workshops, retreats, presentations on managing organizational change

Team development:  activities, games, instrumentation and workshops to facilitate the development of team culture

GOVERNMENT RELATIONS REPRESENTATION

The relationship between businesses, associations, non-profits and government is an important catalyst in our society.  In each state, elected and agency officials determine public policy, establish a business climate, impact the quality of life through legislation, initiatives and governmental priorities, and exist in a symbiotic relationship with anyone "doing business" in the state.  Such a relationship benefits all:  elected and agency chiefs are in need of current thinking and information on issues relevant to their interests.  Organizations, businesses, associations and non-profits need to have "their story" heard above the noise of government.

Strong strategic relationships with the executive and legislative branches of government require expertise and contacts that many organizations do not posses "in house".  Alternatively, organizations wishing to extend the impact of professionals "in house" often work cooperatively with government relations consultants.
